MultiCultural Collaborative (MCC) brings together a unique multicultural and interdisciplinary team of planning and business professionals. Our distinct MCC approaches help build capacity in institutions and empower communities of color by having a voice in policy and decision-making. We strengthen emerging markets and local economies by helping develop leadership, governance, and self-advocacy.

MCC Approach
MCC has over 30 years combined experience working with communities of color to develop strategies for leadership, empowerment, and engagement with government agencies, businesses and non-profit organizations. We have deep content expertise, along with a large network of social justice, elected, academic, business, and non-profit leaders.
As entrepreneurs, we are committed to our vision and values and have crafted successful models of community empowerment, organizational capacity building, and economic opportunity. MCC has received national recognition for our work, and continue to develop innovative approaches to tying community engagement to public policy changes, community development, diversity and equity.
We are committed to empowering communities of color to lead the transformation of systems and institutions by subcontracting only with women of color and BIPOC firms and individuals. We provide pro bono services to community initiatives and organizations that are addressing systemic racism and oppression.
